We have seen hiring from the inside.
Almost everyone in a city at dusk is working somewhere. Almost none of them are looking. Reaching them is a different job from advertising a role, and it is the one we do.
| 01 | We start where your search stops | We look at the market before we approach anyone, so your shortlist arrives with the market it came from. We look past job titles too: the right person often calls the job something else. |
| 02 | We know how recruiting runs | We set up and support the systems recruiting firms work in, clean their data and do their research. That work shows us where searches run out, and where the people they miss tend to be. |
| 03 | The person you write to stays with you | Tino Langner reads your first message and stays your contact from the first reply to the introduction. You are not passed to someone you have never spoken to. |
| 04 | We say what we do not know | Every figure we show has a date and a base. Our largest client sits next to our record, not in a footnote. We would rather lose a pitch than win it on a number we cannot show you. |
