Talent · for employers

You see the person before you see the name.

When we recruit for you, we describe each person we have interviewed: their role, experience, place, language and expected pay. Their name, employer and contact details follow only when they agree to an introduction.

This page is for employers. If you are looking for a job, go to the jobs page.

How profiles work

  1. 01

    We interview

We speak with people who could do your role and write a summary of each one, without their name.

  2. 02

    You review

You see profiles like the ones above, with what we verified and what we did not.

  3. 03

    You ask

You tell us which people you would like to meet. There is no commitment at this point.

  4. 04

    We ask them

We go back to the person first. If they agree, we introduce you and you talk to them directly.

Why there are no names

Most people we speak with are employed. Publishing a name, a face or an employer could put their job at risk and adds nothing for you. You get the name when they agree to meet you.

This is not a database

For most roles the right person is not on any list yet. They are in a market nobody has researched for your role. That research is part of the service, and for roles we can take on it starts with a free market snapshot.
